Lin Eagan, President of Lakeview Title Company, brings over 26 years of real estate experience to the firm. She can proficiently handle every aspect of the real estate transaction and knows what it takes to make your business successful. President and CEO, Lin has proven business leadership, steadily and consistently guiding LTC through the various ups and downs of the real-estate market. A member of the Board of Directors of the Howard County Chamber of Commerce, Lin is a member of the Steering Team of the Legislative Affairs committee, and is also a founding member of Howard County’s Business Alliance, a collection of top business executives in the county. She also serves on the board of directors of the Bright Minds Foundation and is actively involved in a number of business initiatives. She is the former chair of the Columbia Foundation, former chair of the Board of Appeals, and has served as a director of the Columbia Festival of the Arts, FIRN (Foreign-Born Information & Referral Network), and the Howard County Association of Realtors.

Mary Calder, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, is widely respected for her expertise and willingness to go the extra mile to make the transaction work. Her skill at the settlement table is legendary. Mary began her career in college counseling, transitioned to administration at Martin Marietta, and sold real estate in Maryland for several years before assuming her role at Lakeview. As immediate past president of the Howard County Association of Realtors, Mary plays an important role in the real estate community, both in Howard County and around the state.

Kevin Yungmann, J.D., Vice President of Development, has been practicing law in Maryland since 2002. A graduate of The College of William and Mary and the University of Maryland School of Law, Kevin began his career at the Rouse Company and then joined a large multistate title company. Kevin joined Lakeview as staff attorney and head of the Frederick office. His business acumen and wide range of contacts quickly led him to assume the role of Vice President of Development. In the Lakeview tradition, clients know they can depend upon Kevin for timely advice and expertise to get even the most difficult transaction to the table. Kevin is Of Counsel to the law firm of Kelliher and Salzer, LLC. In addition, Kevin teaches CLE classes for Howard County and Frederick County Associations of Realtors and is a founding member of Howard County Professional Association.
